Rates vary according to plan coverage
Services from a registered psychologist are covered by most employer extended health care plans. Contact your extended health care plan provider to learn about your coverage, including whether you need a medical doctor's prescription to activate the coverage.
N.B. Where psychological services are covered by third-party payers, if clients also have an extended health care plan, then typically third-party coverage is only activated once extended health care coverage is exhausted. This means that clients may need to pay for services up front and be reimbursed by their extended health care plan until coverage is exhausted, after which services are covered by third-party payers.
Assessments are billed at a flat rate ranging from $1,800.00 to $2,400.00, depending upon the scope, complexity and purpose of the assessment. The fee structure and total cost of will be discussed with you before you agree to proceed with an assessment.
Methods of Payment:
Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. I accept payment by cash or cheque, and will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your extended health care provider for reimbursement.
